Delivery of your order is based on the Turnaround Time and the Shipping Service you have chosen. Shipping Service options will be shown in the shopping cart and the options shown will depend on all products added.
Turnaround Time – Custom Products
We make all of our Custom Products on demand five days a week Monday – Friday. The times below reflect how long it normally takes us to manufacture each product ordered. The times do not include shipping days. Expedited Production Services are available at an additional cost. Contact Us if you need faster service.

Shipping costs are calculated and displayed before you complete your order. If you request a product arrival date, we will try and ship your items by or before that date if possible. Additional fees may apply. We will contact you if we cannot meet your deadline.
If you order multiple items, you may receive separate shipments. You will receive a Shipment Notification by email for each shipment with the carrier’s name and tracking information, if available.
We ship 5 days a week M-F. We do not ship on Weekends and on some Holidays.
We can ship to P.O. Boxes and APO/FPO addresses. These addresses are serviced by the United States Postal Service and there is an additional cost. We can send you a quote. Due to postal regulations, any order that weighs more than 70 lbs. or exceeds certain dimensions cannot be delivered to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses.
We ship to all U.S. addresses including Alaska and Hawaii, APO/FPO, Puerto Rico, Guam, American Samoa, Federated States of Micronesia, Marshall Islands, Northern Mariana Islands, Palau, and the U.S. Virgin Islands.
International Shipping
We gladly accept orders from all around the globe. Available product lines, shipping rates and fees may vary depending on the delivery address for your order. All Shipping Services will be quoted.
Customs, duties, and taxes may apply and are the responsibility of the customer. We have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. Customs policies vary widely from country to country; you should contact your local customs office for further information. We normally estimate most of our custom-made products at a lower value to help you avoid fees. Please feel free to contact us if you have any questions prior to shipment.
Some products may NOT be exported under any circumstances due to manufacturers’ restrictions. We will notify you prior to shipment and refund you if a product cannot be shipped.

Rush Orders
RUSH orders CANNOT be shipped same day. If you need your project to arrive by a specific date or RUSH choose the correct handling and shipping method or Contact Us.
FedEx can deliver Overnight, 2 Day or Express Saver 3 day in the USA.
USPS will deliver Express Mail (overnight to most destinations) 2 days to other locations in the USA. USPS is almost always cheaper than FedEx.
Problems With Your Shipment
We work hard to get your order to you on time and correct but sometimes mistakes happen. We make mistakes and shipping carriers also make mistakes; which we have no control over, such as damages, lost orders, or deliveries to wrong addresses. If you receive the wrong product or if it was damaged during shipping or if you think it is defective, please Contact Us.
Lost orders – try these things first:
- For Items shipped with USPS try calling your local post office and see if they have the package on hold. Some carriers may not leave packages. Look deep in your mailbox or on your doors for any shipping notice cards or post-it notices. Try your neighbor’s house and see if they have the package.
- Contact Us and we will do our best to help you find your package or we will replace it at no charge. You will need to comply with the carriers lost items instructions in order for us to replace shipments.
- International customers may need to wait up to 15 days for Express And 29 days for Priority Mail before we will replace your item(s).
