Returns & Refunds

We appreciate your business and want you to be happy with your purchase. With the exception of our Custom Products, if for any reason you are not satisfied with an item, return it within 14 days of the shipping date for a refund of the merchandise price.
Shipping

Custom Products Policy

Custom products cannot be exchanged or returned. These products are custom made on demand to your specs and cannot be resold. If you ordered the wrong size, color or had issues with installation, we will offer you a discount on a replacement product within 7 days of of receiving your purchase. Contact Us for more info.

General Merchandise Products Policy

These are products you can buy through music stores like drum sticks, drum sets, cymbals and come with a bar code on the packaging (Custom Products cannot be exchanged or returned). If you are not satisfied with your purchase, we allow you the option to return most products for credit, exchange or refund within 14 days of the shipping date. In certain instances, where an item shows wear or product packaging is missing or destroyed, a restocking fee may be applied. Please read and follow our return instructions carefully to help avoid restocking fees. Certain items are not returnable for health, copyright or other reasons. Please see below for complete details regarding non-returnable items.

The following items are non-returnable:

  • Custom-made products
  • Personal use items such as in-ear monitors, microphones, and clothing
  • Copy protected media such as software, sound cards, books, videos, DVDs, sheet music sample libraries and expansion boards
  • Special order merchandise

Problems With Your Shipment

We work hard to get your order to you on time and correct but sometimes mistakes happen. We make mistakes and shipping carriers also make mistakes; which we have no control over, such as damages, lost orders, deliveries to wrong addresses etc. If you receive the wrong product or if it was damaged during shipping or if you think it is defective please Contact Us.

Lost orders – Try these things first:

For Items shipped with USPS try calling your local post office and see if they have the package on hold. Some carriers will not leave packages. Look deep in your mailbox or on your doors for any shipping notice cards or post-it notices. Try your neighbor’s house and see if they have the package. Contact Us and we will do our best to help you find your package or we will replace it at no charge.

International customers may need to wait up to 15 days for Express and 31 days for First Class or Priority Mail before we will replace your item(s).

Return an Item

A return authorization (RMA) number is required to return any product. (Custom-made products cannot be exchanged or returned – see above for more info) Please Contact Us to obtain an RMA number and shipping instructions before returning any item. The RMA number MUST be included with the return of the product. Write the RMA number on the SHIPPING LABEL, not the outside box or manufacturer’s box – this is very important. All products being returned without an RA number will be refused. Be sure to save your tracking number and specify shipping insurance for the full original purchase amount. Please make sure you double box your item, using all original packaging materials in order to protect it from shipping damage. Remember, you are responsible for merchandise until it safely reaches our warehouse.

For a full refund of the merchandise price, products must be returned in new resellable condition showing no signs of wear. This means that product is in the same condition as when you received it.

All returns must be sent in original packing material complete with all original accessories, owners manuals, complete with blank warranty card. In the event that the product is not in the same condition as when it was received or is missing original materials, it will be subject to a minimum 10% restocking fee or possible disqualification for return if in unsellable condition.

Shipping and handling charges are not refundable. If the product being returned was eligible for free shipping when originally ordered, you will be responsible for the actual cost of shipping. This amount will be deducted from the amount to be refunded.

Allow 5-10 business days for return processing. Refunds for credit card and Paypal purchases will be credited to the original credit card. Other refunds are made with a company check, please allow additional time for mail delivery.
