U.S. Customers
We ship to all United States addresses including Alaska and Hawaii, APO/FPO, Puerto Rico, Guam, American Samoa, Federated States of Micronesia, Marshall Islands, Northern Mariana Islands, Palau, and the U.S. Virgin Islands. We ship to P.O. Boxes and APO/FPO addresses. These addresses are serviced by the United States Postal Service. Due to postal regulations, any order that weighs more than 70 lbs. or exceeds certain dimensions cannot be delivered to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses.
International Customers
We gladly accept orders from all around the globe. Available product lines, shipping rates, and fees may vary depending on the delivery address for your order.
Customs, duties, and taxes may apply and are the responsibility of the customer. We have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. Customs policies vary widely from country to country; you should contact your local customs office for further information. We normally estimate most of our custom-made products at a lower value to help you avoid fees.
Some warranties of products we sell do not provide coverage outside the US. All custom-made products manufactured by Vintage Logos are covered by our warranties.
Some products cannot be shipped outside of the U.S. We will notify you if an item cannot be shipped.
Order Status or Track Orders
To check your order status log into My Account. At the top of the left navigation column of your account page, look for My Account. Below that title, select Account Dashboard. You will see the Recent Orders box on the right. Now click the View Order link. You will be able to review all orders placed within the past 48 months. You will see your order number, the date and time the order was placed, the status of the order, estimated shipping and delivery dates, the shipping method and package tracking information for items that have shipped. Order Received – We have received your order and are processing it. If you need to cancel or change items in your order, read the Cancel Items section below.
Production / Packaging – Your items are being custom-made or we are preparing them for the packaging process. It is still possible to cancel or change items in your order, read the Cancel Items section below.
Ready to Ship – Your items have already been prepared for shipment and cannot be changed online or by our customer service department. We will send you an email when your item(s) have shipped.
Shipped – We have shipped your order using the shipping method you selected. You can also track your shipment.
Change or Cancel Orders
If you recently placed an order and you would like to purchase additional items, you can place a new order online or Contact Us to have the items added to your order.
You can still make changes to an item provided the item has not been prepared for shipment, is in custom production or has shipped. Contact Us to make any changes.
You may be able to edit the shipping address for an order if none of the items in your order have been prepared for shipment or have shipped. Log into My Account. At the top of the left navigation column of your account page, look for My Account. Below that title, select Account Dashboard. Scroll down to Address Book to change addresses. View or Print Order Invoice
To view or print your invoice log into My Account. At the top of the left navigation column of your account page, look for My Account. Below that title, select Account Dashboard. You will see Recent Orders box on the right. Now click the View Order link and the “Print Order” link will appear in the top right corner.
Reorder
You can reorder products at any time as long as we still stock those products. If you created an account we will have saved your order info, digital files, and graphics. Log into My Account. At the top of the left navigation column of your account page, look for My Account. Below that title, select Account Dashboard. You will see Recent Orders box on the right.
