Problems With Your Shipment
We strive to ensure your order reaches you correctly and on time. Occasionally, issues occur; some mistakes are ours, while others—like damage, lost packages, or misdeliveries—are made by the shipping carriers and are outside our direct control. If you have an issue, or if an item is damaged in transit or appears defective, please Contact Us.
Lost Orders?
If your tracking information shows your item as delivered but you can't find it, please follow these steps:
#1 Check your surroundings:
Look deep inside your mailbox, on all doors, or for any shipping notice cards/Post-it notes left by the carrier.
#2 Contact neighbors:
Check to see if a neighbor accepted the delivery by mistake. Contact the carrier. Try calling your local post office, as they may occasionally hold packages rather than leaving them unattended.
#3 If you still can't locate your package:
Please Contact Us. We will do our best to assist you in finding the shipment or replace it at no charge. Note: You must comply with the carrier’s lost item investigation instructions for us to process a replacement.
International Customers:
We require specific wait times before replacing items: up to 15 days for Express Mail and 29 days for
Priority Mail.
International Shipping
We happily accept international orders. The products available, shipping rates, and fees will vary based on your delivery address.
