Delivery Times
Your shipping and delivery date will depend on what item(s) you ordered. All of our products have specific turn-around times and are noted below. The shipping method you choose will also determine the delivery date.

Vintagelogos.com is located right in the middle of America (Ohio) - which solves timely delivery issues. You can count on us!



Turn-Around Times - Custom-Made Products
All of our custom-made products have specific turn-around times. This is because we make all of our products demand. These times reflect how long it will take for us to complete your project. The times do not include shipping days:

Graphic Design Services - add 4 to 5 business days to the times below

VividHeads - Full color printed drum heads - 3 to 5 business days

MarchingHeads
- Printed drumheads for Marching bands - 3 to 14 business days

Shield Style Logos - Vintage style drum heads & logos - 3 to 7 business days

MetallicHeads - Chrome mirror & sparkle drum heads - 5 to 7 business days

Banners & Backdrops - Full color printed banners & backdrops - 3 to 5 business days

Drumheads We Do Not Stock - Additional 5 to 7 business days to the times above


These times are approximate and will depend on our production schedule

Some jobs may take more time but most take less!

Turn-Around Times - Stock Products
We keep these products in stock and can ship them out right away. These times do not include shipping days:

Bass Drumheads - Front & batter drum heads - 1 to 3 business days

Drum Accessories - HOLZ, Drum O's, Port Holes, etc - 1 to 3 business days




USA - Shipping Rates & Methods
Vintagelogos offers a variety of shipping methods to meet your needs. Shipping rates are figured within our shopping cart. If you order 2 or more drumheads (16" to 24" sizes) we normally credit you back a few bucks per head because our shopping cart does not accurately figure the rates. We are working to fix this issue. If you think the rate is excessive, feel free to Contact Us before you place your order.

Shipping Carriers
• USPS Priority Mail - Shield logos, Small Accessories - 2 to 3 business days.
• FedEx Ground - All drumheads, banners & backdrops - 1 to 4 business days.
NOTE: Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico and other US territories will be shipped surface mail and may take longer to ship.
PO Boxes will be shipped USPS Priority Mail.


RUSH Orders
Orders CANNOT be shipped same day. If you need your project to arrive by a specific date or RUSH, please Contact Us.


• FedEx Express - Overnight.
NOTE: Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico and other US territories may take longer.

• USPS Express Mail - Overnight to most areas.
NOTE: Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico. parts of Texas, parts of California, parts of Louisiana and other US territories may take longer. Check the USPS site for accurate infomation.


PO Boxes
FedEx will not ship to PO box. We can ship your order to a PO box. All customers east of the Mississippi will be shipped USPS Parcel Post service - 6 - 10 business days. All customers west of the Mississippi will be shipped USPS Priority Mail - 2 to 3 business days.




International - Shipping Rates & Methods
Vintagelogos can ship almost anywhere in the World. We offer these shipping methods to meet your needs. Orders placed by Credit Card will ONLY be shipped to addresses registered with your credit card company. If you wish to have your order shipped to a different address other than the billing address on your credit card please contact your credit card company to have a "Ship To" address added as an alternative address on your card.

Accurate Rates

• Choose INTERNATIONAL Rates in the Shopping Cart. After you submit your order, we will e-mail you back the rates to your country. Shipping Rates are e-mailed back within 24 - 36 hours, Monday - Friday.
Or feel free to contact us for accurate rates. You may cancel your order due to high rates. Must cancel 24 hrs after you receive your rates by e-mail.



Shipping Carriers

• Priority Mail International - Shield logos, Small Accessories - 6 to 10 business days.
• Express Mail International - All drumheads, banners - 3 to 5 business days.

NOTE: Once the package clears your countries customs, your postal service will be the shipping company.

International - Customs, Duties & Taxes
The recipient of an international shipment may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once a shipment reaches your country. Additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by the recipient; we have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. Customs policies vary widely from country to country; you should contact your local customs office for further information. We normally estimate most of our custom-made products at a lower value to help you avoid these fees. Please feel free to Contact Us if you have any questions prior to shipment.

Problems With Your Shipment
We work hard to get your order to you on time and correct but sometimes mistakes happen. We make mistakes and shipping carriers also make mistakes; which we have no control over, such as damages, lost orders, deliveries to wrong addresses.

Incorrect or damaged items
• If you receive the wrong product or if it was damaged during shipment, please contact us.
If damaged will replace it at no charge. We are able to expedite replacements because FedEx has a great claims department. We also have a private shipping insurance policy. USPS claims go much fast with our private insurance.

Lost orders - things to try first:
Contact us to see if we have a tracking number.
• Try calling your local post office and see if they have the package on hold.
•Some carriers will not leave packages, so look deep in your mail box or on your doors for any shipping notice cards or post-it notices.
• Try your neighbors house and see if they have the package.

We will do our best to help you find your package or we will replace it at no charge. We are able to expedite replacements because FedEx has a great claims department. We also have a private shipping insurance policy. USPS claims go much fast with our private insurance.

International customers may need to wait up to 15 days for Express And 29 days for Priority Mail before we will replace your item(s).
